4. Deposit & Payment Methods

All deposits must be made via payment methods approved by hoki99. Our platform supports a variety of options including local Malaysia bank transfers and popular e-wallets. Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation received from the payment provider.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set for each payment method.

• Any attempt to deposit funds using an unapproved method may result in account suspension.

5. Fund Withdrawal

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account or e-wallet used for your original deposit.

• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a monthly administration fee.
